Collection Manager is a robust payment and receipting application derived from an existing solution that is already widely installed across many business sectors, including Government and large commercial organisations.

Collection Manager handles the many complexities of revenue collection and payment receipting:

  • Online EFTPOS interface to banking networks from centralised direct connections with automatic fallback to local links

  • Provides web-enabled payment collection through networking functionality, with flexible facilities for bringing in payments from other sources, eg postal mail, IVR, web, and 3rd party acceptors (PO and locked bag processors)

  • Accepts a wide range of payment methods with optional range of allowable amounts and usage, eg credit cards only usable for some transaction types, welfare vouchers only accepted for radiology accounts

  • Rich receipting features (eg full/partial payment, deposit, prepayment, overpayment, refunds, write-offs, partial/previous day cancellations) with optional minimum and maximum transaction values

  • Drives the generation and transfer of accounting entries to the hospital Accounts/Receivables financial system.

Collection Manager is well-secured against fraud, with:

  • Sophisticated control over an unlimited number of individually configured suspense accounts

  • Network-wide reconciliation of transactions against payments to identify operating anomalies prior to electronic disbursement of funds

  • Provides complete audit trails and controls, with extensive log files and standard user reports

  • Secure identification and authorisation of all operators by Radio Frequency devices and cards or tags.
